There is a $500 minimum on every job except a cleaning, which is a floor rather than a surcharge — if the line items come to more than $500, the minimum never enters into it. A gutter and roof cleaning at $250 flat is exempt from the minimum entirely, so a cleaning is $250 and that is the end of it.
