Zachary is thirty minutes north of Baton Rouge, and its housing stock splits cleanly down the middle. There are the brick ranches off Old Scenic and around the older parts of town, built between the sixties and the eighties, and there are the newer developments that filled in around them once the school district started pulling people north.
The older half is where most of our Zachary work is.
